The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties while stationed in Senegal Dakar:
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and the regulatory requirements of the BCEAO (Banque Centrale des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest) as applicable in Senegal Dakar.
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget and capital expenditure plan for all regional operations headquartered in Senegal Dakar.
- Conduct variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and sensitivity modeling to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
- Monitor and analyze investment opportunities, portfolio performance, and risk exposure across the West African market, with primary reporting from the Senegal Dakar office.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies operating in Senegal Dakar to ensure full compliance with local fiscal and corporate law.
- Produce ad-hoc financial reports, board presentations, and analytical memos as directed by the Regional CFO.
- Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable systems within the SAP environment deployed at the Senegal Dakar facility.
- Commencement Date: The services of the Financial Analyst shall commence on 01 July 2025 at the company premises in Senegal Dakar, Plateau district.
- Contract Duration: This Purchase Order covers a period of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement of both parties.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the service provider. All payments shall be processed in XOF (West African CFA Franc) via bank transfer to the account designated by Dakar Professional Talent Solutions SARL.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Financial Analyst's final compensation and any accrued benefits shall be settled in accordance with Senegalese labor law as applicable in Senegal Dakar.
- Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary financial data, client information, and strategic plans of the issuing entity. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Senegal Dakar.
