This Purchase Order governs the professional engagement of a Financial Analyst to be deployed at the Singapore Singapore headquarters of Meridian Capital Advisory Pte. Ltd. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Preparing and maintaining detailed financial models for portfolio valuation, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis in alignment with Singapore Singapore market conditions.
- Conducting monthly and quarterly variance analyses comparing actual financial performance against budgeted figures, with written recommendations for corrective action.
- Generating investment performance reports for institutional clients, ensuring full compliance with Singapore Securities and Futures Commission (SSFC) disclosure requirements.
- Collaborating with the internal audit team in Singapore Singapore to support annual statutory audits and regulatory examinations.
- Monitoring macroeconomic indicators relevant to the Singapore Singapore economy, including interest rate movements, currency fluctuations (SGD/USD, SGD/EUR), and regional trade data.
- Maintaining and updating the company's financial data warehouse and ensuring data integrity in accordance with Singapore Singapore data protection legislation (PDPA).
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. All payments shall be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Singapore Singapore.
- Commencement Date: The Financial Analyst engagement shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months, subject to renewal by mutual written agreement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Financial Analyst shall complete all outstanding deliverables and hand over all financial data, models, and documentation to Meridian Capital Advisory Pte. - Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with Singapore Singapore law. All financial data, client information, and proprietary models accessed during the engagement are classified as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
