This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Capital Advisory (Pvt) Ltd. to formally engage the services of a qualified Financial Analyst through Apex Professional Services (Pvt) Ltd. The Financial Analyst shall be deployed to the principal office of Meridian Capital Advisory located in Sri Lanka Colombo and shall perform all duties, responsibilities, and deliverables as outlined in the scope of work below. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the provision of professional financial analysis services in the Sri Lanka Colombo metropolitan area.
The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following duties while operating out of the Sri Lanka Colombo office:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for the firm's portfolio of investment clients based in Sri Lanka Colombo and regional markets.
- Conduct in-depth ratio analysis, cash flow projections, and capital structure assessments for equity and fixed-income instruments listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan Financial Reporting Standards (SLFRS) and the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007.
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators relevant to the Sri Lanka Colombo economy, including interest rates set by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, foreign exchange fluctuations, and inflation data published by the Department of Census and Statistics.
- Assist the Investment Committee in evaluating potential acquisition targets and merger opportunities within the Sri Lanka Colombo business environment.
- Maintain and update the firm's internal financial databases, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC).
- Collaborate with the Audit and Risk Management teams to support internal audit cycles and external audit engagements conducted in Sri Lanka Colombo.

5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995.
5.2 The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the confidentiality policies of Meridian Capital Advisory (Pvt) Ltd. and shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing duties in Sri Lanka Colombo.
5.3 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Apex Professional Services (Pvt) Ltd.
5.4 The vendor shall ensure that the Financial Analyst meets all statutory requirements for employment in Sri Lanka Colombo, including but not limited to work permit compliance (if applicable), income tax withholding as per the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka, and Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' Trust Fund (ETF) contributions.
5.5 Meridian Capital Advisory reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice in the event of unsatisfactory performance by the Financial Analyst, subject to a formal performance review conducted in Sri Lanka Colombo.
5.6 All deliverables produced by the Financial Analyst shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Meridian Capital Advisory (Pvt) Ltd.
5.7 The vendor shall provide a replacement Financial Analyst of equivalent or superior qualifications within 14 business days should the incumbent resign or be terminated for cause during the term of this Purchase Order.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (Sri Lanka Standard Time, GMT+5:30)
Reporting Line: The Financial Analyst shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Meridian Capital Advisory, Sri Lanka Colombo office.
This Purchase Order is authorized and approved by the undersigned on behalf of Meridian Capital Advisory (Pvt) Ltd. The vendor is requested to confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order by signing and returning a copy within five (5) business days of receipt.
