• 3.1 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, specifically the Employment and Labour Relations Act, Cap. 315, and the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations applicable in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• 3.2 The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution in Tanzania or an equivalent international qualification. A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in financial analysis within the East African banking or corporate sector is required.
• 3.3 The Financial Analyst shall commence duties no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. All work shall be performed at the designated office premises in Tanzania Dar es Salaam unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Procurement Director.
• 3.4 Payment for the services outlined in this Purchase Order shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account designated by Professional Talent Solutions Tanzania Ltd. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission, subject to satisfactory delivery of the Financial Analyst services.
• 3.5 The Financial Analyst shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of engagement, in compliance with Tanzanian labor law as enforced in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• 3.6 Any amendments, modifications, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not constitute a valid modification of this Purchase Order.
• 3.7 The Supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst procured under this Purchase Order shall meet all competency standards required for the role and shall be fully compliant with all applicable Tanzanian employment, tax, and social security (NIDA) obligations as of the date of engagement in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• 3.8 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Tanzania Dar es Salaam for final adjudication.

The Supplier shall deliver the Financial Analyst candidate for final interview and selection within fifteen (15) business days of the issuance of this Purchase Order. The Purchasing Party reserves the right to reject the proposed Financial Analyst candidate without penalty, in which case the Supplier shall provide an alternative candidate at no additional cost. Acceptance of the Financial Analyst shall be confirmed in writing by the Chief Financial Officer of East African Financial Services Group Ltd. in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
