The Financial Analyst procured under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while stationed in Uganda Kampala:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for the company's regional operations across East Africa, with reporting conducted from the Uganda Kampala office.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, cash flow projections, and budget performance in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Uganda Financial Reporting Authority (UFRA) guidelines.
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Board of Directors and senior management, ensuring all data is sourced from the Uganda Kampala operational base.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial health of subsidiary entities operating within Uganda and the broader East African Community (EAC) region.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team and external auditors to ensure full regulatory compliance with the Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) and the Bank of Uganda where applicable.
- Provide strategic financial advisory support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Uganda Kampala, including investment appraisal, risk assessment, and capital allocation recommendations.
- Manage the annual budgeting cycle for all departments, coordinating input from regional offices and consolidating data at the Uganda Kampala headquarters.

- 4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, specifically the Contracts Act, Cap. 81, and the Employment and Labour Relations Act, 2022, as applicable to engagements in Uganda Kampala.
- 4.2 The Financial Analyst shall be required to report to the Uganda Kampala office on all business days, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 East Africa Time (EAT).
- 4.3 Payment of the recruitment and placement fees (Items 01–03 and 07) shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date of this Purchase Order. Monthly salary and statutory contributions (Items 04–05) shall be disbursed on the last working day of each month.
- 4.4 The supplier, TalentBridge Recruitment Solutions, warrants that the Financial Analyst placed under this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognised institution in Uganda or internationally, and possesses a minimum of three (3) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- 4.5 The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary financial data, client information, and strategic plans of East African Financial Services Ltd. as operated from Uganda Kampala.
- 4.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding obligations shall be settled in accordance with Ugandan labour law.
- 4.7 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 70 of the Laws of Uganda.
- 4.8 The supplier shall ensure that the Financial Analyst is fully registered with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) for tax purposes and that all applicable PAYE deductions are processed in compliance with Ugandan tax law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of the Financial Analyst services in Uganda Kampala. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorised signatories.
