2. Scope of Services – Financial Analyst RoleThe Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Abu Dhabi office of the issuing entity:

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Talent Solutions FZE, Abu Dhabi. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 40% Advance Payment (AED 35,070.00): Due within five (5) business days of the acceptance and countersigning of this Purchase Order.
- 40% Milestone Payment (AED 35,070.00): Due upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Financial Analyst in Abu Dhabi.
- 20% Final Payment (AED 17,535.00): Due upon successful completion of the six-month probationary period and issuance of the final performance clearance certificate.
Any late payment shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Commercial Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates. All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-ADH-2025-04782) and be submitted to the Accounts Payable department in Abu Dhabi.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
- The Financial Analyst shall be required to maintain full compliance with all Abu Dhabi municipal, labour, and financial regulatory requirements throughout the duration of the engagement.
- The supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst shall possess valid professional certifications, a clean background check, and full legal eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, proprietary models, and internal reports accessed by the Financial Analyst shall remain the exclusive property of Al Noor Corporate Services LLC. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 on Trade Secrets shall be executed prior to commencement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination during the probationary period, the supplier shall refund 50% of the recruitment fee.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Abu Dhabi or United Arab Emirates-wide regulatory changes.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Abu Dhabi before escalation to the competent courts.
