Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, equivalent to AED 38,587.50, shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order. The remaining fifty percent (50%), equivalent to AED 38,587.50, shall be due within seven (7) calendar days following the successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Financial Analyst. All invoices must reference Purchase Order No. PO-UAE-2025-04872. Late payments shall attract a penalty of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month, in accordance with the Commercial Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the specific regulations of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) of United Arab Emirates Dubai.
2. The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a standard employment contract compliant with Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (UAE Labour Law) and all applicable United Arab Emirates Dubai municipal and federal regulations.
3. The supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, and demonstrate proficiency in financial modelling tools including Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and SAP.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial data, client information, and proprietary models accessed by the Financial Analyst during the engagement period in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
5. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts or, at the mutual election of the parties, through arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
6. This Purchase Order shall not be construed as a guarantee of permanent employment. The engagement of the Financial Analyst is subject to the terms of the separate employment contract executed between Meridian Capital Advisory LLC and the Financial Analyst.
7. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the designated contact persons listed in Sections 1 and 2. Verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be null and void unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
