- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Capital Advisory Group Ltd. and Apex Financial Talent Solutions Ltd. upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of United Kingdom London.
- The Financial Analyst shall be engaged on a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months commencing on 01 August 2025, with the option to extend by mutual written agreement. - Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all fees for services already rendered and non-cancellable commitments shall remain payable.
