4. Confidentiality & Data Security: The Financial Analyst shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All financial data, client information, and proprietary models accessed during the engagement in United States Miami shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from Atlantic Meridian Capital Group, LLC.
5. Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Florida state financial regulations, and all municipal ordinances applicable to United States Miami. The Financial Analyst must hold a valid CFA charter or equivalent certification recognized by the CFA Institute.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice.
