This Purchase Order is issued by Central Asia Business Solutions LLP to formally authorize the procurement of professional Financial Analyst services to be delivered and performed at our principal office located in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The engagement covers the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing provision of a qualified Financial Analyst who will support the Finance & Analytics Division in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial reporting for the fiscal year 2025–2026.
The selected Financial Analyst is expected to possess a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate finance, proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, SAP FI/CO modules, and Power BI dashboard development. The candidate must be a resident of Uzbekistan Tashkent or willing to relocate to Uzbekistan Tashkent within thirty (30) days of contract commencement. All deliverables and reports produced by the Financial Analyst shall be prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the local accounting regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Central Asia Business Solutions LLP (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Tashkent Professional Talent Partners LLC (hereinafter "the Vendor") upon written acceptance by both parties. All services described herein shall be rendered at the Buyer's office in Uzbekistan Tashkent unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and all applicable local employment regulations. The Vendor is responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory social security contributions, personal income tax withholding, and work permit requirements where applicable.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order; 40% upon successful onboarding of the Financial Analyst in Uzbekistan Tashkent; and the remaining 30% to be settled in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1.
- The Financial Analyst shall produce monthly financial reports, quarterly variance analyses, and an annual budget forecast no later than the 5th business day of the following month. All reports shall be submitted to the CFO of the Buyer at the Uzbekistan Tashkent headquarters.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Vendor shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, and the Financial Analyst shall be transitioned in accordance with Uzbek labor law.
- All intellectual property, financial models, and analytical work product created by the Financial Analyst during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Vendor warrants that the Financial Analyst shall not disclose any confidential or proprietary information of the Buyer to third parties.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of Tashkent City, Republic of Uzbekistan, and governed by the laws of Uzbekistan Tashkent and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until 15 July 2025. Failure to accept by this date shall render this document null and void without further notice.
