• 50% milestone payment (39,050,000 VND) due upon successful placement and commencement of duties by the Financial Analyst at the Buyer's office in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• 20% final payment (15,620,000 VND) due upon completion of the 90-day onboarding and performance monitoring period, subject to satisfactory evaluation.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Vendor's designated account at Vietcombank, Branch District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, Account No. 0091001234567. The Vendor shall issue a valid VAT invoice (hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng) prior to each payment disbursement.

The Vendor warrants that the Financial Analyst placed under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. The candidate shall demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, or equivalent), Vietnamese and English business communication, and familiarity with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The Financial Analyst's primary workstation shall be located at the Buyer's headquarters in District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, with a standard working schedule of Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 local time.

The Vendor is responsible for all recruitment activities including job advertisement, candidate screening, technical interviews, and reference checks. The Buyer reserves the right to participate in final interview rounds and to reject any candidate proposed by the Vendor without incurring any penalty or obligation under this Purchase Order.

• This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
• Any modifications or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• The Vendor shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Buyer's financial data, internal processes, and strategic plans disclosed during the recruitment and onboarding of the Financial Analyst.
• In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the Commercial Arbitration Center of Vietnam (VIAC) located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for binding arbitration.
• This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the Civil Code, the Commercial Law, and applicable labor regulations.
