All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Central Fire Station located at Av. Velez Sarsfield 2000, Córdoba, Argentina, no later than 15 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the province of Córdoba. Delivery to the sixteen (16) satellite Firefighter stations in the Córdoba metropolitan area (including stations in Villa María, Río Cuarto, and Bell Ville) shall be coordinated by the Municipal Fire Department of Córdoba and is included in the Purchase Order price. The supplier must provide a detailed packing list and certificate of conformity for each Firefighter equipment lot prior to dispatch.
All Firefighter personal protective equipment must carry valid IRAM (Instituto Argentino de Normalización) certification and, where applicable, NFPA compliance documentation. The supplier shall submit test reports, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and manufacturer warranties (minimum five years for structural gear, three years for SCBA units) to the Córdoba Firefighter procurement office for review. Any Firefighter equipment found non-compliant upon inspection at the Córdoba receiving station shall be rejected at the supplier's expense and replaced within fifteen (15) business days.

The supplier guarantees that all Firefighter equipment delivered under this Purchase Order is new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. A minimum five-year warranty applies to turnout gear, helmets, and boots; a three-year warranty applies to SCBA units and thermal imaging cameras. The supplier shall maintain a dedicated after-sales service center in Córdoba, Argentina, and provide on-site technical support for any Firefighter equipment malfunction within seventy-two (72) hours of notification by the Municipal Fire Department.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Argentine Nation and the Province of Córdoba. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina. Both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce before initiating any judicial proceedings.
