- All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS) and meet the minimum performance requirements set by the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) for operational use in Australia Brisbane and surrounding regions.
- The Supplier warrants that all items listed in this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of no less than five (5) years from the date of delivery to the Brisbane depot.
- Delivery of all Firefighter equipment shall be made to the Brisbane Fire and Rescue Depot at Archerfield, Queensland, Australia. The Supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling costs associated with delivery within Australia Brisbane.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier, provided that all Firefighter equipment has been inspected and accepted by the Brisbane Fire and Rescue Service Procurement Division.
- The Supplier shall provide full documentation including certificates of conformity, test reports, and user manuals for each category of Firefighter equipment. All documentation must be in English and reference the applicable Australian Standards.
- In the event of non-conforming Firefighter equipment, the Supplier shall, at their own cost, replace or repair the affected items within fourteen (14) business days of written notice from the Brisbane Fire and Rescue Service.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Brisbane.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the Firefighter equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for life-safety operations in Australia Brisbane, including structural fires, bushfire response, and technical rescue. The Supplier accepts full liability for any failure of equipment that results in injury or loss of life to a Firefighter or member of the public.
- Partial deliveries are not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from the Brisbane Fire and Rescue Service Procurement Manager. All items under this Purchase Order must be delivered as a single consignment by the Required Delivery Date.
- The Supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance of no less than AUD 20,000,000, for the duration of this Purchase Order and the warranty period.
