1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order is issued by the Tehran Fire and Rescue Department for the procurement of Firefighter protective equipment, respiratory apparatus, communication devices, and specialized rescue tools. All items listed herein are intended for deployment across the 22 Firefighter stations operating within the municipal boundaries of Iran Tehran, ensuring that every Firefighter on active duty is equipped to the highest international safety standards.
2. Delivery Schedule: The Supplier shall deliver all Firefighter equipment to the designated receiving warehouse located at the Tehran Fire and Rescue Department headquarters within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Partial deliveries are permitted in weekly batches, provided that each batch is accompanied by a detailed packing list and quality certification documents. All deliveries must be made to the Iran Tehran metropolitan area at no additional cost to the Purchaser.
3. Quality and Compliance: All Firefighter gear and equipment must comply with the applicable standards of the Iranian National Fire Protection Authority (INFP) as well as international benchmarks including EN 469, NFPA 2112, EN 137, and EN 443. The Supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, material test reports, and batch traceability documentation for every Firefighter item delivered under this Purchase Order. Non-conforming items will be rejected at the receiving inspection in Iran Tehran and must be replaced within 10 business days at the Supplier's sole expense.
4. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing and confirmation of this Purchase Order, 50% upon successful delivery and inspection of all Firefighter equipment at the Tehran receiving facility, and the remaining 20% upon completion of a 30-day performance and durability verification period. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's registered account in Iran Tehran. The currency of this Purchase Order is the Iranian Rial (IRR).
5. Warranty: The Supplier guarantees all Firefighter equipment against manufacturing defects for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of final acceptance in Iran Tehran. SCBA cylinders and pressure-regulating components carry a 36-month warranty. The Supplier shall repair or replace any defective Firefighter item within 15 business days of written notification by the Tehran Fire and Rescue Department.
6. Training and Commissioning: As part of this Purchase Order, the Supplier shall provide on-site training for a minimum of 80 Firefighter personnel at the Tehran Fire Academy on the proper use, maintenance, and inspection of the newly delivered SCBA units, thermal imaging cameras, and rescue rope systems. Training sessions shall be conducted in Persian (Farsi) and English, and a comprehensive user manual in both languages shall accompany each Firefighter equipment set.
7. Force Majeure and Dispute Resolution: In the event of force majeure, neither party shall be liable for delays in fulfilling obligations under this Purchase Order. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Iran Tehran in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All Firefighter equipment procured under this order is subject to the regulations of the Iranian Fire Protection Authority and the Tehran Municipal Fire Department operational protocols.
