6.1 Delivery Location: All Firefighter equipment shall be delivered to the Jerusalem Fire and Rescue Central Depot, 12 HaYarkon Street, Israel Jerusalem, 97100. Secondary deliveries to the Old City Firefighter Station and the Givat Shaul Firefighter Station shall be arranged by the supplier at no additional cost.

6.2 Delivery Schedule: The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of Purchase Order acceptance. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that all Firefighter PPE items (Items 01–06, 10, 11) are delivered within the first thirty (30) days to ensure uninterrupted Firefighter readiness in Israel Jerusalem.

6.3 Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, the Firefighter Operations Manager or a designated representative shall inspect all items for conformity with the specifications stated in Section 4. Any non-conforming Firefighter equipment shall be rejected and replaced at the supplier's expense within ten (10) business days.

6.4 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within sixty (60) days of the date of the supplier's invoice, provided that all Firefighter equipment has been inspected and accepted. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. The currency of this Purchase Order is the Israeli New Shekel (ILS).

6.5 Warranty: The supplier guarantees all Firefighter equipment against manufacturing defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance. SCBA cylinders and hydraulic rescue tools carry a separate manufacturer's warranty of thirty-six (36) months. All warranty claims for Firefighter gear used in Israel Jerusalem operations shall be processed through the supplier's local service center in Haifa.

6.6 Regulatory Compliance: All Firefighter equipment procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the current Israeli National Standards (SII) and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Home Front Command. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, test reports, and import documentation for all items upon delivery.

6.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest affecting Israel Jerusalem, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions. The affected party shall notify the other within five (5) business days.

6.8 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
