All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the following location within the city of Naples, Italy:
Delivery Address: Caserma dei Vigili del Fuoco, Via dei Tribunali, 152, 80138 Napoli (NA), Italy. The delivery must be coordinated with the Logistics Officer of the Naples Provincial Firefighter Command. Delivery windows are Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:00 CET. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs, insurance, and handling within the city of Naples, including compliance with the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) regulations in force in the historic centre of Naples.
Installation, calibration, and initial functional testing of all electronic and mechanical equipment (including SCBA units, thermal imaging cameras, and radio systems) shall be performed on-site by qualified technicians from FireTech Italia S.r.l. A full commissioning report, signed by both parties, must be submitted within five (5) business days of installation completion.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in accordance with the following schedule:
30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order (within 10 business days of the issue date).
50% upon confirmed delivery and successful on-site inspection of all firefighter equipment at the Naples command facility.
20% upon completion of installation, calibration, and submission of the final commissioning report.
All payments are subject to the standard 30-day payment terms from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 231/2002. The supplier must issue a valid Italian VAT invoice (fattura elettronica) through the SdI (Sistema di Interscambio) electronic invoicing system.
All firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must carry valid CE marking and comply with the applicable European harmonised standards referenced in Section 2. The supplier shall provide, at the time of delivery, complete technical data sheets, material safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS), certificates of conformity, and test reports for every item. A minimum warranty period of three (3) years from the date of commissioning is required for all structural and electronic components. 6.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Naples, Italy.
6.2. The supplier warrants that all firefighter equipment is new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship. No refurbished or second-hand items shall be accepted.
6.3. The supplier shall comply with all applicable Italian occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and environmental regulations during the delivery and installation process in Naples.
6.4. The issuing authority reserves the right to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fifteen (15) business days.
6.5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to volcanic activity from Mount Vesuvius, seismic events, or government-issued emergency orders affecting the city of Naples, shall suspend the obligations of both parties for the duration of the event, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
6.6. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
