All Firefighter equipment covered under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated receiving warehouses of the Osaka Fire Bureau located in Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Japan Osaka, no later than August 15, 2025. The supplier, FireGuard International K.K., is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance (where applicable for imported components), and final distribution to each of the forty-seven Firefighter stations across Japan Osaka. Delivery schedules must be coordinated with the Japan Osaka Firefighter Training Division to ensure that all active-duty Firefighter personnel receive their new equipment prior to the annual readiness inspection conducted in September 2025.
- 5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Osaka Fire Bureau and FireGuard International K.K. upon signature by both authorized representatives.
- 5.2 All Firefighter equipment must comply with JIS F 8001, JIS F 8002, and the Japan Osaka Metropolitan Firefighter Protective Equipment Standards (2024 Revision). Non-conforming items will be rejected at the buyer's expense for return shipping.
- 5.3 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order; 50% upon delivery and acceptance at the Nakanoshima warehouse in Japan Osaka; 20% upon successful completion of the Firefighter readiness inspection in September 2025.
- 5.4 Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum five-year warranty on all structural Firefighter equipment and a two-year warranty on electronic components (thermal imaging cameras, communication radios, VR simulators).
