9. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Kuwaiti courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuwait Kuwait City.
10. The supplier acknowledges that the Firefighter equipment procured under this Purchase Order is for critical life-safety purposes and that any defect, non-conformity, or failure of the equipment may result in severe injury or loss of life to Firefighter personnel and the public of Kuwait Kuwait City.
