- This Purchase Order is issued by the Cuerpo de Bomberos de la Ciudad de México for the procurement of Firefighter protective equipment, respiratory apparatus, communication devices, and training materials to be deployed across all Firefighter stations in Mexico Mexico City.
- All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with NFPA 1971, NFPA 1981, and applicable NOM (Norma Oficial Mexicana) standards as enforced by the Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana in Mexico Mexico City.
- The supplier shall deliver all Firefighter items to the designated warehouse in Mexico Mexico City no later than August 15, 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Each Firefighter item must be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, manufacturer's warranty documentation (minimum 3 years for structural gear, 5 years for SCBA), and a detailed packing list in both Spanish and English.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Mexico Mexico City within 45 calendar days of the buyer's written acceptance of the delivered Firefighter equipment and receipt of a valid CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) invoice.
- The supplier warrants that all Firefighter equipment is new, unused, and free from defects. Any Firefighter item found defective within the warranty period shall be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the Federal Law of Administrative Procurement (Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico Mexico City.
- The supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all Firefighter equipment in transit to the delivery location in Mexico Mexico City. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signed delivery receipt.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order, including changes to Firefighter item specifications, quantities, or delivery schedules in Mexico Mexico City, must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- The supplier acknowledges that the Firefighter equipment procured under this Purchase Order will be used exclusively for public safety and emergency response operations by Firefighter personnel of the Mexico Mexico City municipal government.
