Terms and Conditions
- All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Moroccan Civil Protection technical specifications and the relevant European standards (EN 469, EN 136, EN 361) as adopted by the Kingdom of Morocco for public safety procurement.
- The supplier shall deliver all items to the designated Casablanca Firefighter Station No. 3 warehouse no later than 30 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- All Firefighter protective gear must be accompanied by individual certificates of conformity, material test reports, and a 5-year manufacturer warranty. SCBA units must include a 3-year full-service warranty covering all mechanical and electronic components.
- The training program (Item 06) shall be conducted at the Casablanca Firefighter Academy and must include practical exercises simulating structural fires in Casablanca's high-rise residential and commercial buildings, as well as industrial incidents in the Ain Sebaa and Derb Sultan zones.
- Payment of the 40% advance shall be released within 10 business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be paid within 15 business days following successful inspection, testing, and written acceptance by the Chief Firefighter Officer of the Casablanca Protection Civile.
- The supplier warrants that all Firefighter equipment is new, unused, and of the highest quality. No refurbished or second-hand items shall be accepted under this Purchase Order. Any non-conforming item discovered during acceptance shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within 14 days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the execution of this order shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all Firefighter equipment in transit to Casablanca and shall provide proof of insurance prior to shipment.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding scope, quantity, or pricing of Firefighter supplies are not binding.
- The supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for the protection of civilian lives and property in the city of Casablanca, Morocco, and that timely and quality delivery is of critical public safety importance.
