All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Central Firefighter Station of Peru Lima, located at Av. Javier Prado Este 1250, San Isidro, Peru Lima. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs from their warehouse in Peru Lima to the designated receiving dock. Delivery must be completed no later than August 15, 2025. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that each shipment is accompanied by a packing list referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-PL-2025-04782). The Firefighter logistics team at the Peru Lima station will inspect all goods upon arrival and issue a Certificate of Conformity within five (5) business days.

Payment shall be made in two installments: (a) 40% advance payment (PEN 1,404,766.40) within ten (10) business days of the signing of this Purchase Order; and (b) 60% balance payment (PEN 2,107,149.60) within thirty (30) calendar days following full delivery and acceptance of all Firefighter equipment by the Peru Lima receiving authority. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account at Banco de Crédito del Perú, RUC 20587432190. All amounts are denominated in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and are subject to the applicable IGV tax rate in force in Peru Lima at the time of invoicing.

All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the following standards: NFPA 1971 (Standard on Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting), NFPA 1982 (Standard on Safety Harnesses and Positioning Systems for Fire and Emergency Services), and the applicable Peruvian Technical Standards (NTP) as enforced by the Ministry of the Interior in Peru Lima. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, test reports, and material safety data sheets (MSDS) for every item. Any Firefighter gear found to be non-compliant upon inspection will be rejected at the supplier's expense, and replacement units must be delivered within fifteen (15) business days.

The supplier guarantees a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance for all Firefighter equipment covered by this Purchase Order. During the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free repair or replacement of any defective component. The supplier shall also maintain a dedicated after-sales service desk in Peru Lima, reachable by phone and email, to assist the Firefighter corps with technical queries, spare parts, and calibration services for SCBA units and thermal imaging cameras.

This Purchase Order may be cancelled by either party with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Peru Lima, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures, the affected party shall notify the other within five (5) business days, and the delivery timeline shall be extended by a period equivalent to the duration of the disruption.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Peru Lima. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.

This Purchase Order is effective upon the signature of both parties below. By signing, the supplier acknowledges the scope, quantities, pricing, and delivery obligations specified herein for the Firefighter equipment to be supplied to Peru Lima.
