1. Delivery: All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Qatar Civil Defence Force main depot located in Doha, Qatar, no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery within the Qatar Doha metropolitan area.
2. Quality Assurance: Every Firefighter item must comply with the international standards cited in the specification column. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, material test reports, and CE/NFPA compliance documentation for each batch prior to shipment.
3. Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 60% upon successful delivery and inspection at the Qatar Doha receiving site; 10% retention released 90 days after final acceptance, provided no defects are identified.
4. Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum 24-month warranty on all Firefighter protective gear and 36-month warranty on SCBA units and electronic devices. Warranty service shall be available locally in Qatar Doha through an authorized service center.
5. Inspection & Acceptance: The Qatar Civil Defence Force reserves the right to inspect all Firefighter equipment upon arrival. Any item failing to meet the specified standards will be rejected at the supplier's cost for replacement or repair.
6. Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting the Qatar Doha region.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and any operational details related to Firefighter readiness in Qatar Doha.
