This Purchase Order is issued by the Jeddah Civil Defense Directorate to procure a comprehensive set of Firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE), structural firefighting apparatus, and specialized rescue tools. The Firefighter personnel stationed across all fire stations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah require immediate replenishment and upgrade of their operational gear to comply with the latest Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and the International Fire Protection Association (IFPA) standards. This Purchase Order covers the supply, delivery, installation, and initial calibration of all listed items to be deployed at the Jeddah Coastal Fire Station, Al Balad Fire Station, and the Jeddah International Airport Fire Brigade.

All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated fire stations within Saudi Arabia Jeddah no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance (if any imported components are involved), and final delivery to the following locations: (a) Jeddah Coastal Fire Station, Corniche Road; (b) Al Balad Fire Station, Prince Sultan Road; and (c) Jeddah International Airport Fire Brigade, King Abdulaziz International Airport. Installation, calibration, and a minimum of 48-hour on-site Firefighter training session for each equipment category shall be conducted by certified supplier technicians at no additional cost.

Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon confirmed delivery and successful inspection at the Saudi Arabia Jeddah delivery sites; and the remaining 20% upon completion of the Firefighter training program and issuance of the final acceptance certificate. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The supplier must provide a valid tax invoice compliant with the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements.

All Firefighter equipment must carry valid SASO conformity certificates and comply with the applicable Saudi Arabian Standards. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of acceptance. Any Firefighter gear found to be non-compliant during the inspection phase in Jeddah shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fourteen (14) calendar days. The supplier shall provide full documentation, including material safety data sheets (MSDS), test reports, and warranty certificates, in both Arabic and English.

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The supplier acknowledges that the Firefighter equipment procured under this order is intended for life-safety operations and accepts full liability for any failure of equipment that results in injury or loss of life. The buyer reserves the right to inspect the manufacturing facility and to conduct random quality audits at any time during the production and delivery phases.
