- This Purchase Order is issued by the Riyadh Metropolitan Fire & Rescue Authority for the procurement of Firefighter personal protective equipment, communication devices, and training apparatus to be deployed across all Firefighter stations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the latest editions of NFPA standards, EN standards, and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity for every item listed.
- Delivery shall be made to the Riyadh Central Fire Station, Al Malqa District, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, no later than 15 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance costs within Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum five (5) year warranty on all Firefighter structural gear, SCBA units, and thermal imaging cameras. Any defective Firefighter equipment discovered within the warranty period shall be replaced at no additional cost to the Authority.
- Payment shall be processed within sixty (60) calendar days following the Authority's written acceptance of the delivered Firefighter equipment and receipt of a valid commercial invoice bearing the supplier's VAT registration number.
- The supplier must ensure that all Firefighter gear is labeled in both Arabic and English, in accordance with the signage and labeling requirements of the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, up to a maximum of 10% of the total Purchase Order value. Delays exceeding thirty (30) days entitle the Authority to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- The supplier shall assign a dedicated technical representative to be present at the Saudi Arabia Riyadh delivery site for a minimum of three (3) business days to assist with inspection, calibration of SCBA units, and initial training of Firefighter personnel on the new equipment.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- The supplier acknowledges that the Firefighter equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for life-safety operations in the urban and industrial zones of Saudi Arabia Riyadh and must meet the highest standards of reliability and durability under extreme heat conditions exceeding 50°C.
