All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Firefighter Logistics Depot located at Feuerwehrstrasse 18, 8004 Switzerland Zurich, within 45 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall ensure that all Firefighter equipment is CE-marked, SIA 509 certified, and fully compliant with the Swiss Federal Fire Protection Ordinance (VBSV). Delivery to Switzerland Zurich shall be made via the supplier's own transport fleet or an approved Swiss logistics partner. All goods must be insured in transit up to the point of acceptance at the Switzerland Zurich depot.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order, 50% upon delivery and successful inspection of all Firefighter equipment at the Switzerland Zurich depot, and the remaining 20% within 30 days of final acceptance. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).

1. Scope: This Purchase Order is binding upon signature by both parties. The supplier acknowledges that all Firefighter equipment is intended for life-safety operations in Switzerland Zurich and must meet or exceed the standards referenced in the item table.
2. Quality Assurance: The Firefighter Operations Division of the City of Zurich reserves the right to inspect, test, and reject any item that does not conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced at the supplier's cost within 14 business days.
3. Warranty: All Firefighter PPE and equipment shall carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 5 years from the date of delivery to Switzerland Zurich. SCBA units shall include a 10-year cylinder warranty.
4. Compliance: The supplier warrants that all goods comply with Swiss federal and cantonal regulations, including the Swiss Fire Protection Ordinance and SIA 509 (Fire Protection in Buildings). Non-compliance shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
5. Intellectual Property: All proprietary designs, trademarks, and technical data associated with the Firefighter equipment remain the property of the respective manufacturers. This Purchase Order does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Switzerland Zurich.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Switzerland Zurich.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and any operational details of the Firefighter services in Switzerland Zurich, in accordance with Swiss data protection law (DSG/FADP).

This Purchase Order is effective upon the signatures of the authorized representatives of both parties. By signing, the supplier confirms acceptance of all terms, specifications, and delivery requirements for the Firefighter equipment to be supplied to Switzerland Zurich.
