All items must be delivered to the central Firefighter logistics warehouse situated in the Beşiktaş district of Turkey Istanbul within the timeframe specified in Section 5.

All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Istanbul Metropolitan Fire Department Central Logistics Warehouse, located at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Caddesi No. 112, Beşiktaş, 34340 Turkey Istanbul. The supplier, Anatolia Firefighter Safety Systems Ltd., is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs from their facility in Başakşehir, Istanbul, Turkey, to the designated Firefighter warehouse in Turkey Istanbul.
Delivery shall be completed no later than 30 August 2025. The supplier must provide a detailed delivery schedule to the Firefighter Operations Division at least 14 days prior to the first shipment. All Firefighter equipment must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, TSE test reports, and EN compliance documentation. The supplier's technical team shall be present at the Turkey Istanbul delivery site to oversee unloading, initial inspection, and calibration of all Firefighter apparatus.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Turkey Istanbul:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order (by 21 June 2025).
- 50% Progress Payment: Due upon delivery and successful inspection of all Firefighter equipment at the Turkey Istanbul warehouse (by 30 August 2025).
- 20% Final Payment: Due upon completion of the 30-day performance warranty period and issuance of the final acceptance certificate by the Firefighter Operations Division (by 30 September 2025).
- All Firefighter equipment must comply with the latest Turkish national standards (TSE) and applicable European Norms (EN). Non-compliant items will be rejected at the Turkey Istanbul inspection point at the supplier's sole expense.
- The supplier warrants all Firefighter gear and apparatus for a minimum of 24 months from the date of acceptance in Turkey Istanbul. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced within 10 business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all Firefighter equipment in transit to Turkey Istanbul and shall provide proof of insurance prior to shipment.
- Confidentiality: All operational details regarding Firefighter station locations, deployment schedules, and emergency response protocols in Turkey Istanbul shared under this Purchase Order are classified and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.

This Purchase Order (PO-TR-IST-2025-04872) constitutes a binding agreement between the Istanbul Metropolitan Fire Department and Anatolia Firefighter Safety Systems Ltd. for the supply of Firefighter equipment and services in Turkey Istanbul.
