Delivery Location: Abu Dhabi Fire & Rescue Department Main Depot, Al Markaziyah, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
Delivery Deadline: All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered no later than 30 August 2025.
Incoterms: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
Packaging: All items must be factory-sealed, moisture-protected, and clearly labelled with the Purchase Order number and item reference. Packaging must comply with UAE customs and civil defence import regulations.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer (T/T) to the supplier's designated UAE bank account.
Payment Schedule:
• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• 60% upon delivery and successful inspection of all Firefighter equipment at the Abu Dhabi depot.
• 10% retention payment within 30 days after final acceptance and commissioning.
Bank Details: Gulf Safety & Fire Protection LLC, Emirates NBD, Account No. 002-456789-001, SWIFT: EMIBAEAD.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must meet or exceed the standards referenced in Section 3. The supplier shall provide, at the time of delivery, the following documentation for each item:
• Manufacturer's Certificate of Conformity (CoC).
• Test reports from an accredited third-party laboratory (e.g., UL, SGS, or Intertek).
• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) where applicable.
• Warranty certificates (minimum 24 months from date of delivery).
• Compliance declaration confirming adherence to UAE Civil Defence regulations and Abu Dhabi Municipality safety codes.
1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties.
2. The Supplier warrants that all Firefighter equipment is new, unused, and of the latest production model.
3. The Supplier shall bear all risks of loss or damage until the equipment is delivered and accepted at the designated Abu Dhabi location.
4. Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated deadline shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 10%.
5. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
6. The Supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for the Firefighter equipment in transit to the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi delivery site.
7. No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
