All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Manchester Fire and Rescue Service Central Depot at 100 Deansgate, Manchester, United Kingdom, M3 2EN. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area. Upon delivery, the supplier's technical team shall conduct on-site calibration of all SCBA units, thermal imaging cameras, and TETRA radio systems at each designated Firefighter station. A signed delivery and acceptance certificate must be returned to the Procurement Officer within five (5) working days of installation completion.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 60% upon confirmed delivery to the United Kingdom Manchester depot; 10% upon successful calibration and sign-off by the Firefighter Operations Division.
- Warranty: All Firefighter PPE items carry a minimum 5-year manufacturer's warranty. SCBA units carry a 10-year warranty. Thermal imaging and radio equipment carry a 3-year warranty. All warranty claims shall be honoured by the supplier within the United Kingdom.
- Compliance: All items must comply with current United Kingdom Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations and the Firefighter (Personal Protective Equipment) Regulations. Non-compliant items will be rejected at the buyer's expense.
- Quality Assurance: The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, test reports, and CE/UKCA marking documentation for every Firefighter item supplied under this Purchase Order.
- Penalties: Late delivery beyond 30 August 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total value.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction in the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and any operational details of Firefighter deployments in the United Kingdom Manchester area.
