This Purchase Order is issued by SAEG to formally engage the services of the above-named Geologist for the execution of geological survey and assessment work within the greater Algeria Algiers metropolitan area and its surrounding geological formations. The Geologist shall perform the following scope of work in full compliance with Algerian geological surveying standards and the regulations governing professional geological practice in Algeria Algiers:

- Scope and Compliance: The Geologist shall execute all services in strict accordance with the Algerian Geological Code, the professional standards of the Algerian Order of Geologists, and all applicable municipal regulations in Algeria Algiers. Any deviation from the agreed scope must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order.
- Timeline: All fieldwork shall commence within ten (10) business days of the signing of this Purchase Order. The final geological report shall be delivered no later than 120 calendar days from the commencement date. The Geologist is responsible for coordinating all field activities within the Algeria Algiers jurisdiction.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork and submission of preliminary data, and 30% upon acceptance of the final geological report. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account of the Geologist as registered in Algeria Algiers.
- Intellectual Property: All geological data, maps, reports, and analyses produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of SAEG upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios subject to prior written approval.
- Insurance and Liability: The Geologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 DZD, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Algeria Algiers. The Geologist shall be liable for any damage to property or third parties arising from the execution of geological fieldwork.
- Regulatory Permits: The Geologist is responsible for obtaining all necessary fieldwork permits, environmental clearances, and access authorizations from the relevant authorities in Algeria Algiers, including the Wilaya of Algiers and the National Geological Survey (BRGM-Algeria).
