This Purchase Order is issued by Dhaka Geological Survey & Infrastructure Ltd. to engage the services of a qualified Geologist for the comprehensive geological assessment, site investigation, and environmental risk evaluation of the proposed multi-storey commercial development at Plot 18, Sector 7, Uttara, Bangladesh Dhaka. The Geologist shall provide all technical expertise, fieldwork supervision, laboratory coordination, and final reporting as outlined in the line items below. All work shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Bangladesh Geological Survey (BGS) regulations, the Department of Environment (DoE) Bangladesh Dhaka guidelines, and the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) 2020.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made in the following installments, all processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Bangladesh Dhaka:
- Advance (30%): BDT 801,435 — payable within 7 working days of Purchase Order acceptance, prior to commencement of fieldwork.
- Progress (40%): BDT 1,068,580 — payable upon completion of all borehole drilling, laboratory testing, and submission of the interim Geologist progress report.
- Final (30%): BDT 801,435 — payable within 14 working days of delivery and client acceptance of the Final Geologist Report and all supporting documentation.
The Geologist shall commence fieldwork no later than 28 June 2025 at the project site in Bangladesh Dhaka. The complete Final Geologist Report shall be delivered to the issuing organization no later than 15 September 2025. Any delay beyond this date, not attributable to force majeure or client-requested changes, shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total value.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001.
- The Geologist and all sub-contracted personnel must hold valid professional registration with the Bangladesh Geological Society and appropriate insurance coverage for fieldwork in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- All data, samples, core logs, and reports generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dhaka Geological Survey & Infrastructure Ltd. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any project-specific information without prior written consent.
- The Geologist shall comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to geological fieldwork in Bangladesh Dhaka, including proper disposal of drilling cuttings and borehole fluid.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- The supplier warrants that all services rendered by the Geologist shall meet the professional standards expected of a licensed geologist practicing in Bangladesh Dhaka and shall be free from material defects in analysis or reporting.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Bangladesh Dhaka, or pandemics, shall extend the delivery timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Geologist services in Bangladesh Dhaka.
