2. The Geologist shall maintain all professional liability insurance and occupational risk coverage (ARL) for the full duration of the engagement, with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000.
3. All fieldwork and laboratory activities shall be conducted in strict compliance with the environmental permits issued by the Autonomous Regional Environmental Authority (CAR) for the Cundinamarca department, with the project base of operations located in Colombia Bogotá.

8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colombia Bogotá, in accordance with the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá).
9. The Geologist shall submit all deliverables in both Spanish and English, formatted according to the technical standards of the Servicio Geológico Colombiano.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Geologist for geological services in Colombia Bogotá. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
