This Purchase Order is issued by Accra Geological & Mining Services Ltd. to engage the services of a qualified Geologist for the purpose of conducting a comprehensive geological survey, environmental impact assessment, and mineral resource evaluation across designated sites within Ghana Accra and its immediate periphery. The Geologist shall be responsible for all fieldwork, laboratory coordination, data interpretation, and the preparation of a final technical report in accordance with the standards set by the Ghana Geological Survey Authority (GSA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana.

Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- The Geologist shall hold a valid professional licence issued by the Engineering, Architecture and Surveying Council of Ghana (EASCG) and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- All fieldwork and site visits shall be conducted within the boundaries of Ghana Accra and the Greater Accra Region unless otherwise approved in writing by the client's project manager.
- The Geologist shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Minerals and Mining Act, 2006 (Act 703), the Environmental Protection Act, 1992 (PNDCL 293), and all regulations issued by the Ghana Geological Survey Authority.
- Payment shall be made in three instalments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork and borehole drilling, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report.
- The Geologist shall provide weekly progress reports to the client's procurement department located at Plot 14, Independence Avenue, Ghana Accra, every Friday by 16:00 hours.
- Any variation or amendment to the scope of work described in this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Ghana Accra. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Ghana.
- All data, samples, and reports generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Accra Geological & Mining Services Ltd. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any findings with third parties without prior written consent.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
