This Purchase Order is issued by Aravalli Infrastructure Development Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser") to engage the services of a qualified Geologist for geological survey, site assessment, and environmental impact evaluation in the India New Delhi metropolitan region and its surrounding districts.
The Geologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following professional services within the India New Delhi area and the National Capital Region (NCR):

Total Purchase Order Value: ₹ 16,00,000 (Indian Rupees Sixteen Lacs Only)
Inclusive of all applicable taxes as per Indian tax regulations. GST @ 18% to be applied as per prevailing rates in India New Delhi.
The Geologist engaged under this Purchase Order must satisfy the following mandatory criteria:
- Hold a valid license issued by the Geological Survey of India (GSI) or the relevant state authority in India New Delhi.
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in engineering geology, environmental geology, and hydrogeology.
- Be registered with the Indian Geologists Association (IGA) and maintain an active professional membership.
- Demonstrate prior experience in at least five (5) large-scale infrastructure projects within the India New Delhi NCR region.
- Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards prescribed by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, and the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Geologist within seven (7) calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Commencement: All geological fieldwork and site investigations in the India New Delhi area shall commence no later than 30 June 2025, subject to site access clearance by the Purchaser.
- Delivery Schedule: Preliminary findings shall be submitted within 45 days of commencement. The final consolidated geological report shall be delivered within 90 days of the commencement date.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon submission of the preliminary report, and 30% upon acceptance of the final report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Geologist.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, data, maps, and findings produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Purchaser. The Geologist shall not reproduce or disclose any portion of the deliverables without prior written consent.
- Confidentiality: The Geologist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all site-specific geological data, proprietary information, and project details pertaining to the India New Delhi project area.
- Insurance & Liability: The Geologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than ₹ 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement. The Geologist shall be liable for any damage to property or third parties arising from negligent fieldwork.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchaser shall pay for all services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved by arbitration in India New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with specific reference to regulations applicable in India New Delhi.
The Purchaser shall provide the Geologist with full and unrestricted access to all project sites within the India New Delhi metropolitan area and the designated NCR zones. The Purchaser shall arrange for local transportation, site security, and any necessary permits from the Delhi Municipal Corporation (DMC) or the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) as required for geological fieldwork. The Geologist shall bear the cost of all specialized geological equipment, laboratory testing, and field consumables unless otherwise specified in this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a qualified Geologist in the India New Delhi region.
