All physical items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tokyo Geological Research Institute's field laboratory located at 3-14-1 Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Japan Tokyo 105-0003. Delivery is scheduled no later than June 28, 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area. The Geologist, Dr. Haruto Sato, will be present at the Japan Tokyo delivery site to inspect and sign off on all received equipment. Any damaged or non-conforming items must be reported to the purchasing department within 48 hours of delivery in Japan Tokyo.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Japan Tokyo. The remitting bank is Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Japan Tokyo Main Branch.
