- This Purchase Order is issued by Atlas Mining & Geological Surveys SARL, a company duly registered in Casablanca, Morocco, and constitutes a binding commitment to engage the named Geologist for the professional geological services described herein.
- The Geologist shall perform all services in strict accordance with the professional standards established by the Ordre des Géologues du Maroc and in compliance with all applicable Moroccan legislation, including Law 27-90 on the protection of the environment and Decree 2-16-344 on geological surveys.
- All fieldwork, sampling, and site inspections shall be conducted within the administrative boundaries of the city of Casablanca, Morocco, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the project director.
- The Geologist warrants that all data, analyses, and conclusions provided under this Purchase Order shall be accurate, original, and free from intellectual property infringement. Any third-party data incorporated into the final report shall be properly cited and licensed.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and acceptance of the final geological report by the project management committee in Casablanca. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Geologist.
- The Geologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 2,000,000 MAD throughout the duration of the engagement. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of fieldwork.
- Any changes to the scope of geological services, additional site visits, or extended timelines must be documented through a formal amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties, before execution.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to seismic events, extreme weather conditions affecting the Casablanca coastal zone, or government-mandated work stoppages, the Geologist shall notify the purchaser in writing within 48 hours, and the project timeline shall be adjusted accordingly.
- All deliverables, including raw field data, laboratory results, maps, and the final report, shall become the exclusive property of Atlas Mining & Geological Surveys SARL upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
This Purchase Order for Geologist services in Morocco Casablanca is authorized and approved by the undersigned on behalf of Atlas Mining & Geological Surveys SARL. The Geologist acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this document.
