This Purchase Order is issued by the Islamabad Geological Development Authority to formally engage the services of a qualified Geologist for the execution of comprehensive geological survey, subsurface investigation, and environmental site assessment activities within the administrative boundaries of Pakistan Islamabad. The Geologist shall perform all duties in strict accordance with the standards set forth by the Pakistan Geological Council, the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA), and the applicable federal and provincial regulations governing geological and geotechnical work in the Federal Capital Territory.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Geologist or the authorized representative of Noor Geological Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. within seven (7) calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Commencement and Completion: The Geologist shall commence fieldwork in Pakistan Islamabad no later than 21 July 2025. All deliverables, including the final Geological Risk Assessment Report, must be submitted to the Islamabad Geological Development Authority no later than 15 October 2025.
- Qualification Requirement: The Geologist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Pakistan Geological Council and a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in geological survey and geotechnical engineering within the geological formations characteristic of Pakistan Islamabad, including the Siwalik, Pind Dadan Khan, and Murree formations.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: (a) 30% advance upon execution of this Purchase Order; (b) 40% upon submission and approval of the interim field survey report; (c) 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Geologist in writing.
- Compliance with Local Law: All work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Islamabad Capital Territory Ordinance, and the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997. The Geologist shall obtain all necessary permits from the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration prior to commencing any field activity in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Insurance and Liability: The Geologist and Noor Geological Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the entire duration of the engagement. Any liability arising from negligence or non-compliance during the execution of this Purchase Order shall rest solely with the Geologist.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, subsurface records, and proprietary information generated during the course of this Purchase Order in Pakistan Islamabad shall be treated as confidential. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share such data with any third party without prior written consent from the Islamabad Geological Development Authority.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order by providing thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Geologist shall be compensated for all work satisfactorily completed up to the date of termination, less any advance already disbursed.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
