This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Infrastructure Development Co. W.L.L. to procure the professional services of a qualified Geologist for the Al Rayyan Coastal Expansion Project located in Qatar Doha. The Geologist shall provide geological survey, site assessment, and environmental geology consultancy services in full compliance with the Qatar Construction Specifications and the regulations of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, Qatar.

• Payment shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Qatar Doha.
• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and submission of the Geologist's professional license and insurance certificate.
• Monthly progress payments of 10% shall be issued within 14 working days of the Geologist's submission of the monthly report, subject to approval by the Buyer's project engineer.
• Final payment of 10% shall be released upon successful completion of all geological deliverables and issuance of the Final Geological Report for the Qatar Doha project site.
• All payments are subject to a 5% retention, to be released 90 days after project completion, in accordance with Qatar commercial law.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
• The Geologist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Energy & Industry, Qatar, and must maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 2,000,000 throughout the contract period in Qatar Doha.
• The Geologist shall comply with all applicable Qatar Doha municipal regulations, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and environmental standards set by the Qatar Environment and Energy Agency (QEAA).
• The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the Geologist's professional services without prior written consent from the Buyer.
• All geological data, reports, and findings produced by the Geologist under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
• The Geologist shall attend all project coordination meetings scheduled by the Buyer in Qatar Doha and shall provide written responses to technical queries within 48 hours.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions common to Qatar Doha, shall be addressed in accordance with Article 352 of the Qatar Civil Code.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the duration of the project unless terminated earlier in writing by either party with 30 days' notice.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Geologist services in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
