This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage a qualified Geologist and associated geological support team to perform comprehensive subsurface investigation, geological mapping, and environmental geology assessments for the Singapore Singapore Coastal Resilience and Land Reclamation Project. The Geologist shall be responsible for all fieldwork, laboratory coordination, data interpretation, and the preparation of final geological reports in compliance with the Singapore Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards and the Singapore Singapore Department of Geoscience guidelines.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed by a duly qualified and registered Geologist who holds a valid professional registration with the Singapore Singapore professional geological body.
- The Geologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards in force in Singapore Singapore, including the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and the Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA) of Singapore Singapore.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice by the Purchasing Entity. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-SS-2025-04782) and be submitted to the Singapore Singapore project finance office.
- The Supplier warrants that the Geologist and all support personnel assigned to this Purchase Order shall possess the requisite qualifications, experience, and professional indemnity insurance (minimum coverage of SGD 5,000,000) for the duration of the engagement in Singapore Singapore.
- All geological data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of the Purchasing Entity upon full payment. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any project-specific data with third parties without prior written consent from the Singapore Singapore project director.
- Time is of the essence. The Geologist shall adhere to the project schedule outlined in Appendix A of this Purchase Order. Delays exceeding five (5) working days without written approval from the Purchasing Entity shall attract a liquidated damages charge of SGD 2,500 per day, capped at 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- The Supplier shall maintain a dedicated project liaison in Singapore Singapore who shall be available during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30) to coordinate with the Purchasing Entity's site management team.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written variation order signed by both parties. No verbal or email instructions shall constitute a valid amendment to the scope, pricing, or timeline defined herein.
- Upon completion of all deliverables and acceptance by the Purchasing Entity, this Purchase Order shall be deemed fulfilled. The Geologist shall submit a final completion certificate to the Singapore Singapore project office within seven (7) working days of the last fieldwork activity.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The engagement of the Geologist and all associated services shall commence on 1 July 2025 at the designated Singapore Singapore project site, subject to site access clearance.
