• Compliance: The Geologist shall comply with all applicable Abu Dhabi municipal regulations, environmental permits, and safety standards (including OSHA-equivalent UAE workplace safety requirements) while conducting fieldwork within the United Arab Emirates.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Centre for Amicable Settlement of Disputes (ADCS) before resorting to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Geologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, less any applicable deductions.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events common to the Abu Dhabi region, government-mandated work stoppages, or acts of war.
