- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall constitute a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Geologist or the Geologist's authorized representative. The vendor shall return a signed copy of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Performance Period: All geological fieldwork, laboratory coordination, and reporting services described herein shall be completed no later than September 30, 2025. The Geologist shall provide a detailed project schedule within ten (10) business days of contract execution.
- Service Location: All on-site work shall be performed at the project location in Miami, Florida, United States, and at the vendor's office in Miami, FL. Travel within Miami-Dade County is included in the pricing. Travel outside Miami-Dade County shall be billed at cost with prior written approval.
- Licensing and Compliance: The Geologist shall maintain a valid Florida Professional Geologist license throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. All work shall comply with the Florida Statutes Chapter 471, U.S. federal environmental regulations, and Miami-Dade County ordinances.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered and materials procured up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
