The engagement of this Graphic Designer is specifically tailored to meet the visual communication needs of the Buyer's ongoing development projects based in Afghanistan Kabul.

The Graphic Designer shall be responsible for the creation, revision, and final delivery of all visual assets required for the Buyer's institutional branding, public awareness campaigns, educational materials, and digital media content. All work shall be produced in accordance with the cultural and linguistic standards appropriate for the Afghanistan Kabul region, ensuring that all design outputs are culturally sensitive, linguistically accurate (in both Dari and Pashto where applicable), and professionally polished.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All terms herein govern the engagement of the Graphic Designer for the duration of the contract period.
2. The Graphic Designer shall deliver all work products in print-ready formats (CMYK, 300 DPI) and digital formats (RGB, 72 DPI) as specified in the individual task briefs. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) shall be delivered alongside final outputs.
3. All work shall be performed at the Supplier's studio located in Afghanistan Kabul, Wazir Akbar Khan District, or at the Buyer's premises in Darulaman District, Afghanistan Kabul, as mutually agreed upon for each deliverable.
4. The Graphic Designer shall provide a minimum of two (2) revision rounds for each design deliverable at no additional cost. Further revisions beyond the agreed number shall be billed at $50 per hour.
5. Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and confirmation of the project timeline, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables by the Buyer's Procurement Director.
6. All intellectual property rights for the final design deliverables shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio, subject to the Buyer's prior written approval.
7. The Supplier warrants that all work produced by the Graphic Designer shall be original and free from any third-party intellectual property claims. Any infringement claims arising from the design work shall be the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
8. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all work completed and accepted up to the date of termination.
9. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be referred to the competent commercial courts in Afghanistan Kabul in accordance with the applicable commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
10. The Graphic Designer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $50,000 for the duration of this engagement, valid within the territory of Afghanistan Kabul.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Graphic Designer in Afghanistan Kabul. This document shall remain in full force and effect until all deliverables have been completed, accepted, and paid in full.
