Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in China Guangzhou:

• 40% Progress Payment: CNY 57,876.00 – Due upon Buyer's written approval of Milestones 1 through 3.

Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and unpublished materials accessed during the engagement in China Guangzhou. This obligation survives termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Graphic Designer for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.
5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations in China Guangzhou, or public health emergencies.
6. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou.
7. Compliance: The Graphic Designer warrants that all deliverables shall be original works free from any third-party intellectual property infringement and shall comply with all applicable advertising and design regulations in the People's Republic of China.
