This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Creative Media Solutions S.A.E. to formally engage the services of a qualified Graphic Designer for the execution of comprehensive visual branding and marketing collateral projects. The selected Graphic Designer, Ms. Nour El-Din Fathy, operating under Nour El-Din Visual Design Studio, shall provide professional design services as outlined below. All work shall be performed and delivered in accordance with the standards and regulations applicable within Egypt Alexandria, and the Graphic Designer shall maintain a dedicated workspace accessible to the Buyer within the Alexandria metropolitan area for the duration of this engagement.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both parties. The Graphic Designer shall commence work no later than June 22, 2025, and shall complete all deliverables by August 15, 2025.
- The Graphic Designer warrants that all work products shall be original, free from any intellectual property infringement, and shall not incorporate any third-party assets without proper licensing. All rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment.
- All design work shall be conducted in compliance with the Egyptian Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 82 of 2002) and applicable regulations in Egypt Alexandria. The Graphic Designer shall maintain all source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and deliver them in organized project folders.
- The Buyer reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable at no additional cost. Revisions beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at the hourly rate specified in Item 5 of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made in two installments: 50% upon acceptance of the brand identity package (Item 1) and 50% upon final delivery and acceptance of all remaining items. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Graphic Designer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 EGP for the duration of this engagement, as required for service providers operating in Egypt Alexandria.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Alexandria.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Graphic Designer acknowledges that all work shall be performed primarily within the Egypt Alexandria jurisdiction and shall comply with all local labor and commercial regulations.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Graphic Designer services in Egypt Alexandria.
