1. Scope of Purchase OrderThis Purchase Order is issued by Bavaria Digital Media GmbH to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional Graphic Designer services to be rendered and delivered within the city of Germany Munich. The engagement covers the full spectrum of visual communication deliverables required for the buyer's upcoming corporate rebranding campaign, product packaging design, and digital marketing collateral. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by Studio Pixelwerk Design GmbH. The Graphic Designer services described herein shall commence no earlier than 5 business days following mutual signature.
- Place of Performance: All deliverables, client meetings, creative workshops, and on-site consultations related to this Purchase Order shall take place in Germany Munich, specifically at the addresses listed in Section 1. The Graphic Designer is expected to be physically present in Germany Munich for all in-person review sessions.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. Invoicing shall follow a 40% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of all primary deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice receipt, in accordance with German commercial practice (B2B standard in Germany Munich).
