The Graphic Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide comprehensive visual design services as detailed below. The Graphic Designer is expected to work from the supplier's studio premises located in India Bangalore and shall be available for in-person meetings at the buyer's office in Whitefield, India Bangalore, a minimum of two (2) days per week.

The Graphic Designer assigned to fulfill the obligations under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in graphic and visual design, with a demonstrable portfolio of corporate branding and digital marketing projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva Pro.
• Strong understanding of print production standards, digital asset optimization, and responsive design principles.
• Resident of or regularly working in India Bangalore, with the ability to attend in-person creative workshops and client presentations at the buyer's premises.
• Ability to work within the Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours of 09:30 to 18:30, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekend deliverable deadlines as mutually agreed.
• Valid GST registration and compliance with all tax obligations as mandated for service providers operating in India Bangalore.

The Graphic Designer shall adhere to the following milestone schedule as stipulated in this Purchase Order:

• Week 1–4: Completion of corporate brand identity redesign. Final brand guidelines document to be delivered in both PDF and editable source formats.
• Week 5–7: Delivery of all product launch campaign visual assets. A minimum of two (2) revision rounds shall be included per asset category.

• All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables produced by the Graphic Designer under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively with Meridian Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. upon full payment.
• The Graphic Designer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, brand assets, and strategic plans shared during the course of this engagement.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. No verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be valid.
