This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Creative Solutions W.L.L. to formally engage the services of a qualified Graphic Designer through PixelCraft Design Studio for the execution of a comprehensive brand identity refresh and marketing collateral development project. The Graphic Designer shall be based in and provide all services within Kuwait Kuwait City, ensuring full compliance with local business regulations, cultural sensitivities, and industry standards applicable to the Kingdom of Kuwait.
The Graphic Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in brand design, digital media, and print production. The designer must demonstrate a strong portfolio relevant to the Kuwaiti market and must be available for on-site meetings at the buyer's office in Kuwait Kuwait City no fewer than three (3) times per week during the active project period.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature. All services described herein shall be rendered by the designated Graphic Designer or their directly supervised team members.
- The Graphic Designer shall commence work no later than 01 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables by 30 August 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the commercial and labor laws of the State of Kuwait. The Graphic Designer must hold a valid work permit or business license for operations in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Payment shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account specified by the service provider. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (KW-2025-GD-0472) for processing.
- All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables shall transfer to Al-Nakheel Creative Solutions W.L.L. upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal change order signed by both parties. No additional charges will be accepted without prior written approval under this Purchase Order.
- The Graphic Designer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, brand assets, and business strategies disclosed during the engagement in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Failure to commence work within this period shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Graphic Designer services in Kuwait Kuwait City.
