The Graphic Designer contracted under this Purchase Order shall provide the following professional services. The Graphic Designer is expected to demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and relevant print production software.

The following terms govern this Purchase Order and the engagement of the Graphic Designer:

2.
