This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Digital Solutions LLC to formally engage the services of a qualified Graphic Designer through Creative Vision Studio FZ-LLC for the execution of comprehensive visual design work in support of the Q8 2025 Brand Identity and Marketing Collateral project. The Graphic Designer shall be based in and operate out of Qatar Doha, ensuring full compliance with local business regulations, cultural sensitivities, and the specific visual identity requirements of the Qatari market.

The Graphic Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following deliverables, all to be produced and delivered within the Qatar Doha metropolitan area:

• Development of a complete brand identity package including primary and secondary logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines document (minimum 40 pages).
• Design of print collateral: business cards, letterheads, brochures (A4 and A5), banners (3m x 1m), and exhibition booth graphics for the Qatar International Business Forum scheduled in Doha.
• Creation of digital assets: social media templates (Instagram, LinkedIn, X), email newsletter headers, website hero banners, and presentation slide master templates.
• Production of video motion graphics (up to 60 seconds) for the corporate introduction reel, incorporating the new Graphic Designer-developed brand elements.
• Design of point-of-sale materials and in-store signage for three retail locations in Doha, including West Bay, The Pearl, and Lusail.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Qatar Doha.
2. The Graphic Designer shall maintain all work-in-progress files in a secure, cloud-based repository accessible to the Buyer's project team in Doha. All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma) must be delivered in their native editable formats.
3. The Graphic Designer shall adhere to the cultural and religious guidelines applicable in Qatar, ensuring all visual content is appropriate for the Qatari audience and complies with the Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority (QCRA) content standards.
4. Payment shall be made in three milestones: 40% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 35% upon delivery of the brand identity package, and 25% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Qatar.
5. The Graphic Designer shall provide a minimum of three (3) revision rounds for each deliverable at no additional cost. Revisions beyond the agreed rounds shall be billed at QAR 500 per hour.
6. All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio, subject to a 90-day embargo period.
7. The Graphic Designer shall be available for on-site meetings at the Buyer's office in Doha Business Bay, no fewer than twice per week during the active design phase.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Failure to commence work within 14 business days of acceptance shall constitute grounds for cancellation without penalty to the Buyer.
9. The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 500,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and for 12 months thereafter.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Graphic Designer services in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
