1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all associated services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of Moscow, Russia Moscow Region.
2. Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, design patents, and trade dress, in all deliverables produced by the Graphic Designer shall be irrevocably transferred to Strelka Digital Media Group LLC. 3. Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and unreleased brand assets encountered during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
4. Work Location: Primary work shall be conducted at the buyer's office in central Moscow, Russia Moscow. The Graphic Designer is responsible for all travel and transportation costs within the Russia Moscow city limits. No travel outside the Moscow metropolitan area is authorized under this Purchase Order without prior written consent.
5. Revisions: Each deliverable includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision cycles beyond the included three shall be billed at the hourly rate of RUB 4,500.00 per hour, subject to a minimum two-hour charge.
