This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Creative Holdings Pte. Ltd. to formally engage PixelForge Design Studio LLP for the provision of professional Graphic Designer services. - Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become effective upon written acceptance by PixelForge Design Studio LLP. The Graphic Designer or designated project lead must confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of receipt of this document.
- Timeline: All deliverables specified in this Purchase Order must be completed and submitted to Meridian Creative Holdings no later than 30 July 2025. The Graphic Designer shall provide weekly progress updates every Friday via email.
- Payment: Payment of the total amount of SGD 31,392.00 shall be made within thirty (30) days of the final invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by PixelForge Design Studio LLP in Singapore Singapore.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all original artwork, source files, and intellectual property created by the Graphic Designer under this Purchase Order shall be transferred to Meridian Creative Holdings Pte. Ltd. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio.
- Revisions: The Graphic Designer shall include up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable as outlined in Section 2. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at SGD 350.00 per hour.
- Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer and all personnel of PixelForge Design Studio LLP shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies of Meridian Creative Holdings. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Graphic Designer shall be compensated for all work completed and approved up to the date of termination.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics affecting operations in Singapore Singapore.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Graphic Designer services in Singapore Singapore.
